Paths of darkness intertwining into light

Something you didn’t think could exist

Something I thought could never feel

Strangers that would’ve never known

Yet it’s like we couldn’t wait

Even if there was a different way

Would it have actually ever been

Feel something when you look into my eyes

Like you can see right through me

Feel something when you wrap your arms around me

I’ve wanted to be there for so long

The first time I saw you

I could clearly see

What I knew would never be

In a different lifetime I already knew

That I couldn’t be with you

We couldn’t speak

We couldn’t talk

I just stared

As you continued to walk

To resist is to never know

And to deny would be my choice

But to not be able too was a hit to my soul

That I’ve endured for multiple lives

Static nothingness

Dynamic bliss

Seeing the look that was on your face

The shift in energy

The change I saw

The words you don’t need to say

Silent poetry

See if I can release this all before I die

A thin line that’s my last blessing
